Celestial Glow Gallery–Art in Dialogue with Light
Nestled in the heart of Imerovigli, Santorini, Celestial Glow Gallery is a contemporary art space born out of a deep respect for light, form, and human expression.
Founded in 2025 by mechanical engineer and builder LAMPRAKI YANNI, the gallery stands at the intersection of architecture and art. A space where structure meets spirit.
Each exhibition is curated with precision and emotion, featuring emerging and established artists whose work resonates with the island’s unique energy.
Paintings, sculpture, photography, and mixed media pieces are presented not just as objects, but as experiences shaped by the natural light that pours in from the caldera.
Celestial Glow is more than a gallery. It is an invitation to pause, to look closer, and to connect with art, with space, and with oneself.

Η εικαστική καλλιτέχνις Ειρήνη Δρόσου (Aerienirti) διαχειρίζεται την υλική υπόσταση της ζωγραφικής μέσω της χειρονομίας, της ύλης και της γραφής. Σ΄ ένα πρώτο επίπεδο το έργο της αποκαλύπτεται απόκρυφο, ενώ σ΄ ένα δεύτερο επίπεδο κάθε σχήμα και μορφή καθορίζει την ιδιαιτερότητά του κατευθύνοντας την ερμηνεία της χωρο-χρονικής σημασίας του. Οι ζωγραφικές αεικίνητες χειρονομιακές ενέργειες μεταφέρονται ως σχήματα ύφους που εμπλουτίζονται με σημασίες διαισθητικής ενόρασης. Τα ίχνη ως νύξεις και υπαινιγμοί συναντούν τα χρωματικά επαναλαμβανόμενα παιχνίδια της γραμμής. Αυτή η εμμονή της κινητικής και χρωματικής ενέργειας μεταλλάσσει διαρκώς το στατικό σημείο του πρώτου αποτυπώματος.
Η Ειρήνη Δρόσου ζωγραφίζει προωθώντας τον αισθητικό «αφηρημένο» (abstrait) διάλογό της, χωρίς τον μεγάλο κίνδυνο της τεράστιας ελευθερίας που παρέχει το abstrait στη δημιουργό του. Οι πίνακές της είναι εικόνες ενός χρωματικού αυτοματισμού που είναι ποιητικός και διαθέτει χρωματική ευαισθησία. Με την αφαίρεση το βλέμμα βυθίζεται στο υποσυνείδητο ανιχνεύοντας εικόνες του ανείδωτου. Τότε είναι που η εικόνα γίνεται εξομολόγηση και τα χρώματα αφηγούνται σιωπηλά τον εαυτό τους.

The visual artist Irini Drosou (Aerienirti) manages the materiality of painting through gesture, matter and writing. On a first level her work is revealed occult, while on a second level each shape and form determines its particularity by directing the interpretation of its spatio-temporal significance. The painterly, motionless gestural energies are transferred as stylistic shapes that are enriched with meanings of intuitive insight. The traces as hints meet the chromatic, repetitive games of the line. This persistence of kinetic and chromatic energy constantly transforms the static point of the first imprint.
Irini Drosou paints by promoting her aesthetic “abstract” dialogue, without the great risk of the enormous freedom that the abstract provides to its creator. Her paintings are images of a chromatic automatism that is poetic and possesses chromatic sensitivity. With abstraction, the gaze sinks into the subconscious, detecting images of the unimaged. It is then that the image becomes a confession and the colors silently narrate themselves.

ΕΙΡΗΝΗ ΔΡΟΣΟΥ : Πρωτότυπη, μοναδική, εκστατική επιχειρεί να διεισδύσει χωρίς περιορισμούς σε αχαρτογράφητα μέρη του χώρου και του χρόνου, να διατυπώσει τη δική της εικαστική αλήθεια μέσα σε ένα κλίμα απόλυτης ελευθερίας αδιαφορώντας για την ευτελή, εφήμερη, επιφανειακή ομορφιά.
Τα έργα της έχουν φως, χρυσό φως, εσωτερικό φως, δεν στέκονται αεικίνητα στο χώρο, αλλά συνομιλούν μεταξύ τους με ρεαλισμό και με αυθεντικότητα. Έχουν πνοή, ζουν, κινούνται και επιδέχονται πολλές ερμηνείες.
Οι φόρμες, οι μορφές, τα σχήματα στροβιλίζονται στο κέντρο τους, ενώ άλλα βγαίνουν έξω από τα όριο του χρόνου και υπάρχουν στοχαστικά, διεισδυτικά καθώς αρνούνται τον επίπεδο τρόπο ύπαρξης.
Το χρώμα δεν έχει στεγανά, ταξιδεύει ελεύθερο πάνω στον καμβά, στις φλέβες του συμβολικά υπάρχει το μυστήριο της ζωής που ρέει ελεύθερο, αεικίνητο, χωρίς καλούπια, δίχως όρια και περιορισμούς
Η δράση κι η αλήθεια των έργων της είναι η ώριμη κατάθεση της καλλιτέχνιδας σε μια προσπάθεια να αγγίξει το θαύμα της ζωής, της ροής του χρόνου, της ανοδικής κίνησης προς την εσωτερική μας εξέλιξη αντανακλώντας την αλήθεια της που είναι το συνώνυμο της αναζήτησης και της ελευθερίας.
Η ταυτότητα ονομάζεται Ειρήνη Δρόσου, το ταξίδι ΑERIERNITI.
Όταν βρεθούμε στο χώρο της Γκαλερί CELESTIAL GLOW αντιλαμβανόμαστε ότι η ροή του χρόνου, το άπιαστο, το άρρητο, το μυστήριο που μας περιβάλει που υφαίνει τη ζωή όλων μας και οι εσωτερικές αναζητήσεις είναι αναπόφευκτο επακόλουθο. Η εμπειρία μεταφυσική σε ένα χώρο που λειτουργεί σαν πύλη στον έσω εαυτό μας.

IRINI DROSOU: Original, unique, ecstatic, she attempts to penetrate unrestricted parts of space and time, to formulate her own artistic truth in a climate of absolute freedom, disregarding the trivial, ephemeral, superficial beauty.
Her works have light, golden light, inner light, they do not stand motionless in space, but converse with each other with realism and authenticity. They have breath, they live, they move and they can be interpreted in many ways.
Forms, forms, shapes swirl at their center, while others go outside the boundary of time and exist contemplatively, penetrating as they deny the flat way of being.
Color has no watertights, it travels freely on the canvas, in its veins symbolically there is the mystery of life that flows freely, motionlessly, without molds, without limits and limitations.
The action and truth of her works is the artist's mature testimony in an attempt to touch the miracle of life, of the flow of time, of the upward movement towards our inner evolution, reflecting its truth, which is synonymous with search and freedom.
The identity card is called Irene Drosou, the journey AIRERNITI.
When we find ourselves in the space of the CELESTIAL GLOW Gallery we realize that the flow of time, the elusive, the unspeakable, the mystery that surrounds us that weaves the lives of all of us and the inner quests are inevitable consequences. The experience is metaphysical in a space that acts as a portal to our inner self.
